The spacious terrace with views of Spanish Water is shaded by a prestressed white awning of synthetic material, presenting an informal appearance. This awning also ensures that the terrace remains cool. The use of louvers and large sliding patio doors regulate the trade winds blowing through the house. Together these features contribute to a pleasant living climate on the porch and the living room behind.
